Outline
The Purpose of the Floater Team is to allow for developers who have experience in more than one area of the other teams to be able to do both jobs without being locked into a specific team.
The Dev Team Lead and Deputy Dev Team Lead shall always be assigned to the floater team to maximize productivity and to be able to help other teams as needed.
